The guys who came for pickup were great. Quick and clean. Swept up the location. We filled 7⁄8 of a truck from a 6ft tall crawl space. 1 hour to remove everything, load the truck, sweep the floor and it was painless. Would definitely recommend them again and I would specifically ask for Will. Great job. Thanks

These two young guys were super professional, and so worried about the integrity of the house. The job was so huge they weren’t sure they would be able to do it, but the young men managed to take apart the freezer to get it out. I was amazed at how well they co-​operated and worked together as a team… I was standing there watching these men and I couldn’t believe how amazing they were! It was obvious that they were well trained and well treated, and they really cared about their work. They displayed total professionalism, more than I’ve seen at even an executive level in an office.

They did a great job. It might have been slightly pricey but at the same time they were generous with the volume they charged for me (they charge by how full your junk will fill their truck). So the price could have been worse.
Great communication beforehand to let me know when they would arrive, and very professional. Would use again.

I’m relocating out of state and have some stuff that I couldn’t donate or didn’t want to leave on the side walk for trash day. I googled and found 1−800-Got-Junk.
The webpage appeared a little out of the box cheesy, but you could schedule online in great detail, picking days and hours — I chose to have my stuff picked up the next day.
Simply put — they do what they say they will. The pickup was to be between 1 and 3pm. The guys actually called early and did their stuff. Nice folks too. This is how businesses should work.
