This store is a bit of a hot mess. I pre-ordered some moving supplies and came in a day later. Both employees were on the phone with customers, so it took a while to be helped. One of the reps was practically yelling at the phone and sounded pretty disrespectful. Although the website says they will have the order ready, they actually just grab everything when you come in. This makes total sense storage-wise but can lead to some errors. I had to ask the rep for several items(more than once) to complete my order. The rep did assist in folding boxes so they would fit in my car. One box was too large and I asked to return it due to the 100% buyback policy. He seemed a little put out and it took a while to process in the system. FYI — you will need your original credit card if you do this. The biggest thing this store is lacking is good customer service.

Great customer service! I made an online appointment for Sunday at 2pm, I was in and out in about 20 minutes; including a check-over of the truck for damage pre-rental and all. I did the online ‘check-in’ which I think did save time, as the representative asked to see my license, but only looked at it and handed it back. They didn’t try hard to up-sell me with any equipment I didn’t need. All in all, it was a very low-hastle, relaxed experience. I will definitely go there again. Oh, and here is a freebie for y’all: Don’t try to save money by stockpiling boxes and going weird routes to get boxes(like going to walmart late at night, etc). Do yourself a huge favor and buy a bunch of boxes from Home Depot or someplace. Even better: Rubbermaid Roughneck bins. Good boxes are like 2 bucks each. And get some packing material; newsprint or bubble stuff. Here is why: when all of your boxes are the same size they stack MUCHTIGHTER and are actually more sturdy than just random boxes. The money you save by using all of your saved Amazon Prime boxes will NOT be worth the time wasted trying to get all of your rooms full of junk to fit in them. Then when you go to stack them in the truck(or storage unit) you will have so much space wasted since you won’t be able to stack the boxes nearly as high as if they were all homogeneous. So just get some nice boxes already. You can use them forever. Anyways, *end rant* have fun!

Nope. Not this location. Slow, slow, slow. I made an online reservation for a 10′ truck at 9AM. I later received a confirmation that pickup is at 9:30AM the next day. Okay, had a very tight moving schedule, but I had a 30 min cushion in case of any delays. Then I arrived at 9:25 to a line out the door. OUT. THE. DOOR. Why were we all scheduled for the same pickup time? And why weren’t they more prepared when they KNEW they had all of us booked. The line was moving at less than a crawl. People were antsy and making noise about it. Hell was going to be raised. The workers were oblivious/ignorant to this as they were working at an extremely casual pace and having random side conversations with each other despite audible complaints, sighs, and grunts. I eventually got my truck over an hour later than my pickup time. That’s 45 minutes of waiting in line, and 20 minutes of processing time. That much time to process an online reservation that had 99% of the information already recorded. Nope, not good enough. They had me reserved for the wrong size truck and had to check if they had any 10′ left. Then dude had to take down all of my information again. And his slower-than-my-grandma computer skills just made things even peachier. My experience has taught me that reservations mean little here, and that your best bet is to show up way early or look elsewhere. I probably could’ve drove to a farther location and walked in and out without a reservation in less time than it took me here.

Amazing customer service. We had a problem with a hitch installed improperly by another U Haul. They fit us in and fixed the problem when no one else would. We are loyal customers forever.
