Terrible time with supreme glass. Did come out same day, but charged high prices, were very unprofessional on site… They didn’t even let me know when they were finished, I heard their truck start and run out to see him getting in his truck and ready to leave, and for good reason. I asked «so are you done, we all good?» He said «yup all good, have a good one.» Upon returning inside I inspect the window they fixed. Knife marks all over the door, poor seal seam & cauking job. Window doesn’t nearly match the other 5 on the door. I call to complain and they immediately shoot me down, telling me I need to touch it up with paint and I’ll be «just fine». TERRIBLE SERVICE. Will never be using again and would NEVER RECOMMEND.
