Ive never left a Unilocal review in my life but feel the need to do so based on how unprofessional this company is. I organized a quote visit to our home and not only did no one show up, I had to call and there was a lame excuse of, «Im sorry thats my bad I cleared Kale for the day.» First of all, I had to organize and PAY someone to go to our house to wait there since we were out of town. Second, What ever happened to professionalism and common manners? How do people even get in business in the first place??? If this company cannot even show up for a consultation how could I even reply on them to show up for a cleaning, let alone complete a good job.
SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME. THIS «COMPANY» IS NOT WORTH YOURS.
