Although my initial experience with them in regard to my laptop was negative, they took the time to return an adapter I had left and refunded what I had paid for the service with a personal apology. No business is perfect, and people make mistakes, its how professional they are in saving the issue thats important. For this I have raised my rating, as they genuinely wanted to make it right and took the time to do so.

We had Ethan from South Lake Computers at our work place today setting up a new system and connecting all of our workstations. He was terrific! Courteous, professional and didn’t mind all the questions we threw at him. Great Job!

My laptop was powering off at random, so I took it in to have it diagnosed. Due to the cost of the parts and repair, Adam thought it best to apply the money towards the purchase of a new one. Even though I would be buying it from a Big Box store, Adam took a personal interest in helping me find a pc that would best suit my needs, at a fair price. When I called him to let him know what I found, he confirmed that the pc was worth the money. He even offered to help me set up my new computer. I have very high standards and found Adam and everyone at South Lake Computers to have exceeded my expectations regarding customer service, honesty and integrity. I found that their service and care for the customer does not stop at the cash register. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend them to everyone, because I know you will be treated well. Thanks, Adam!

These guys know their trade very well. My laptop had white screened on me and I had no chance at fixing it myself. I noticed that South Lake Computers is independently owned and I genuinely respect that. This place asked an extremely reasonable amount for an estimate. A gentleman called me back the next day with the diagnosis and broken down price. I had no objections, as the prices were as good as I’ve seen around! Within a few days, they had my laptop back in working order and back in my hands. One of the most respectable establishments in the area, in my opinion.

I was having issues with my laptop and didn’t want to take it to a large chain store for repairs that would cost a lot. I brought my computer into South Lake Computers, dropped it off for a diagnosis, was called 30 minutes later and it was fixed within two days! Not only did they replace my broken screen, but they cleaned my laptop also. Excellent service, decent and I would definitely go back!
