This location had the worst customer service I’ve experienced. I highly recommend finding a kohl’s out of state before giving this one your patronage. Long lines with no greetings, waiting in two separate lines for purchase returns. Not being asked for rewards number and no exchanges accepted. Overpriced and cheap quality.

I bought a blouse for my mom for Xmas and she wanted to exchange it for something else. I no longer had the receipt so they only refunded the clearance price. The blouse cost $ 54 and we only got $ 23 back.

A beautiful store! I love their selections! The store is kept very neat, the sales people are friendly and helpful! And I just LOVE their sales! I hate it when you see something in an ad in the paper and then go into the store and can’t find it, or find that it has been sold out. Well today I saw some things I wanted to get that was advertised in the sales flyer, went out to Kohl’s and they had exactly what I was looking for. Which surprised me because they were monogramed items and usually I can’t find all of the initials we need for our family! Not only did I find all the letters I needed — but they were more then 50% off! Oh, and they have the most beautiful decorations for Christmas right now too!
