If I could, I’d give this company zero stars. Unfortunately, I was at their mercy because it’s a warranty part thru Lowes. After scheduling several appointments, the technician never came when scheduled. They always wanted to come hours before or hours after the scheduled and confirmed time. With 2 small children that nap and one that attends prek, I was unable to sit at home all day waiting. This company knows that with a contract with Lowes, they can do whatever they’d like. The technician that finally came out to replace the dryer part was nice however he needed to use our shop vac and didn’t take the broken part when he was done. I would never recommend them to anyone.
