I’ve quit using this CVS after several years as a customer due to the increasingly poor service at the pharmacy. They used to be efficient and polite. Now the front end pharmacy staff cannot provide any knowledgeable explanation for: costs, delays, and unrequested new prescriptions they have ordered my from Dr.‘s office without my consent. They mistakenly fail to fill some prescriptions, claiming that their manufacturer no longer provides the medication. I then learn the manufacturer does indeed manufacture the medication. Too much confusion on their end makes it too frustrating for me to continue doing business with them.

Terrible customer service. Each time I’ve had to wait much longer than estimated (once twice as long). I kept trying to give them another chance, but each time I go they are rude and late with my prescriptions. I’m done with them. Save your trouble and go somewhere else.

I would strongly recommend against the minute clinic here. We had to return three times to have necessary and required paperwork filled out. Luckily we checked papers before leaving the store the last time. It really isn’t that hard.
