The customer service we received from this company was awful. The only reason we had gone there was because we had bought shirts for our company from the previous owner and had a good experience. The quality of the printing on the shirts was very poor. It took us over two months to get the second set of shirts and the letters fell off that day. Also the owner(Jennifer) treated my husband and I like we were trying to steal her product without having to pay. She did not greet us the last few times we went into her shop and had the attitude as if we were an inconvenience to her. Also started to yell at me in her lobby that she would not refund us unless we brought in every last shirt she printed for us even though we did not have shirts to wear and she made us wait over two months. When my husband brought the shirts back for a final refund she asked him if we had bleached them(gray shirts– still gray when we brought them back!) then tried to just give the shirts back and try to refund just my shirts not his. My husband and I are not unreasonable people but we do expect some kind of decent customer service if we are paying good money for someone else’s product. We will never recommend this company to anyone but would recommend Xoomwear which is behind her shop to the left and is owned by the previous owner of shirt Shack. Had an awesome experience here and he had our shirts printed in one day!

After over a week of suppose to getting a design I hadn’t received and had to call them. Was told would get a call back and now been almost another week still no response. Very poor customer service.
