Carrabba’s Italian Grill

Service at this location is going down hill. Previous trip my dish and my date’s dish were cold and had to be sent back. This time around my dish was sent back twice because it was cold and my date had to get a hot replacement of garlic mash. After waiting almost 30 minutes I left not being able to enjoy a meal with my valentine’s day date.

Went there after leaving Corellis in Clermont because of the price and atmosphere. Been here many times and have sat at the bar before… WHAT A DISASTER!!! The young man behind the bar could give a crap about customers and service!!! Greeted us and then walked around the bar to talk to someone about his baby mama right behind us!!! He then walked back behind the bar and chugged some trail mix from a bag, proceeded to pour himself a glass of water and then picked his teeth with his fingers while sitting on a step stool behind the bar!!! WTF!!! We then were serviced by the young lady after being ignored by the punk… We ordered two large glasses of wine and a tomato caprese and side of fettuccine alfredo as well as fried mozz, which they were out of… I asked to keep the menu to possibly order something else. We sat there for a bit and were not offered bread or water… the tomato caprese came and a side of alfredo sauce?!? We then sat there for a bit with no plates, silverware or napkins… the «punk» ignored us and the girl finally realized we were not going to eat it with our fingers… The Fettuccine Alfredo came and it looked worse than Rice a Roni from a box with no sauce what so ever… The «punk» then came by to check on us and I said everything is fine except for the pasta… he said «what do you want me to do with it»…are you Fing kidding me… I said it is dry and cold… he took it away and proceeded to pick his teeth… at this point I told them we are done and we decided to go to Publix and get Tira Misu there and not put up with the crappy service and food. $ 30.00 for two «large» wine pours, a tomato caprese app… really???
Olive Garden may have a chance to survive… What an embarrassment to Johnny and Damian!!! I have eaten at Macaroni Grill at Lake Buena Vista many times and it has been excellent, both food and service!!!

The service was awesome, the food was great, the General Manager Alayna visited the table and was very personable…

The new menu is awful. The new deserts Suck. The new Polo Rosa Maria sucks !! The person responsible for the new menu should be fired. I hate to say this but I’d rather go to Olive Garden.

This is a typical Carrabas. The portions are a bit smaller. The wait staff is just okay, lots of younger college age girls. The food was tasty and the meal was pleasant enough. I always get veal Marsala. My husband gets all different meals. I think that their desserts are overpriced and overrated.

Ricky was an awesome server and give us a great experience. Food was fast and amazing.

Once again. Had a bad experience. We order a calamari app. It was offal. We could not eat it. It was so hard. The manger comp one out of two calamari apps. I learned my lesson. Never going back.

We have been going for years to this Carrabba’s getting the same meals… Last night after we got our meals we were told their will be 2.50 fee for an extra piece of goat cheese. The size was no bigger then a quarter. I was so mad my chicken was hard our spaghetti noodles were chewing so we fast for the waitress and gave her meals back… when the manager came over and he saw who it was he was so embarrassed cuz he knows we go there once a week for over 5 years… I told him will never ever come back that was so disrespected of him. he gave us gift cards and told us please use them but Carrabba’s isn’t like they used to be… I was so hurt we spend over 250.00 a month there for the past 5 years no more.

We are dining here on the 29^th of each month this year to celebrate our 50^th Anniversary coming up 1÷29÷16. Like the bar area best for half price appetizers. Always great menu selections.

I have had dinner here several times. The service is spot on, the food is fresh and they have a great selection to choose from. They have a daily happy hour for drinks and half price appetizers, the caprese and calamari are my favorites. It is a great place to eat.

Restaurant is very nice and clean. Food seems to have gone downhill though. The last couple of times my wife and I went the food was just ok. Portions aren’t very large for what you pay. Not at the top of the list for places to go in town.

Went here last Saturday. I’m a pretty picky /​health conscience eater. Before ordering the shrimp and scallops in lemon butter sauce I asked if there was any seasoning or salty topping added. I was informed there was only a light breading and the lemon butter sauce so i ordered it with a side of asparagus. The order came completely covered in salt. I had to scrape the breading off the shrimp and scallops and eat them straight. and I was not able to eat the asparagus at all. Partly to blame myself for not liking to raise a fuss, i should have sent it back and hoped it didn’t return with a «special topping».
For $ 23.00 I only got 4 shrimp and 4 scallops that i had to eat plain. I wont be back.

She came back and ½ way through the drink order she turned and walked away!
We asked for a new waitress and we got a nice waitress. However I ordered the Cavitelli Forno special and it listed with chicken. It came with no chicken and she said I had to ask for it! It specifically said with chicken.
While waiting for our food I saw three waitresses with dirty aprons. I wonder why restaurant is so empty at 8:00pm

Sundaynight dinner, party of 10. The meal started out fine, then 9:00 pm came and the A/​C went off. Became extremely hot, all the members of my party began to get uncomfortable. When it was discussed with the staff they all indicated that it was a normal practice to run people out. Management did not want to deal with the issue. I dropped $ 300+ on dinner, you would think that we could have just a little comfort! I will not return.

We ordered the Chicken Marsala and unfortunately it was a little under cooked. Our server Ricky returned it and a new one was made, which was excellent. Ricky by the way does an excellent job and his overall knowledge of the business and food ingredients was pretty impressive. During this time the manager Joel became aware of what was going on and he came over to apologize. Joel’s attentiveness was excellent and sincere. We will definitely return to this Carrabbas when traveling to Orlando.

Love the food and especially the service. They went out of there way to accommodate my mothers low sodium diet.

I generally consider Carrabba’s to be an above average Italian chain and this location is no different.
On my most recent visit we had a large party of 12 and although they don’t take reservations, they were very accommodating. This service was pretty slow on this visit but that was to be somewhat expected given it was right at dinner time and there was another large party seated next to us.
Their food options are plentiful, they mix up the choices quite often, and I love their sausage and lentil soup!

On 1÷09÷2015 I took my family to this location. Parking is a premium so I dropped my wife and son off and parked. When I came in I asked where my wife and son were, thinking they were seated. They motioned to the waiting area. We sat and watched people come in a get seated right away. After 15 minutes of this my wife asked the manager who apologized and sat us within a few minutes.
A plate for the appetizer was dirty and replaced. When the drinks came out all the glasses felt dirty. (I think it was un-​rinsed dishwasher powder). They replaced the glasses but the new ones felt the same and my wife’s wine was not what she ordered. The salad was wilted and the shrimp and mussels over-​cooked.
Not horrible but there’s too many other places to go to bother with this one again.

My wife and I love this place the food is great service is really good we look forward to every visit

The food is great here !!! They seem to do everything right be it Pork Chicken or Fish.
