Staples the Office Superstore

This is the review this business deserves. I bought a wireless card here on a Friday. It didnt work for me. I brought it back on Tuesday. They told me the computer says it was already returned. The mgr said he would look into and call me. So I left and realized driving away that they thought I returned it, stole another, and was trying to return it again. So I called when I got home and he said call the next day. Well I called for five days straight sometimes twice a day. «loss prevention is looking into it.» Finally on Sat I decided I wouldnt take no for an answer I grilled this mgr on duty and he finally said «Bring your fucking card back and Ill give you your fucking money back» Now as mad as I was and as mad as he was I knew that wasn’t the time for a confrontation. So I waited until the next day. AGAIN I was given the run around and the speech about «there’s nothing we can do» and «who did you speek to» I finally said Im not leaving without my money. So while they were processing my refund another lady was returning some binders she bought for her daughter. The cashier yelled to the mgr «the computer says she already returned it once» hmmmm. Bad customer service. Any business where you are cursed at doesnt deserve any business. Never again will I shop this company. And I never got a respnse from their online customer service site. Shitty shitty shitty sitty company.
