I have always loved coming to this practice for over 3 years! They have several providers with various specialties and I love that they offer appointments as early as 7am and also some Saturday times depending on the doctor. I personally love that the staff truly listens to what you have to say, offers advice, but still leave most choices up to you. They have text message reminders for appointments because it’s very hard to keep up with a business card. I do love how quickly they process paperwork and refills.
If for any reason I can’t get someone on the phone, they have an answering service and also voicemail if it’s not urgent. I have never waited more than 5 – 10 minutes for my appointment time, which I love! I can always email them too for general, non-​urgent questions, but this may vary depending on which provider you see. This is actually a doctor appointment I look forward to because of the experience, staff and also they are so accessible!
The building is a little tricky to see unless you know where to look, so definitely ask for directions if you aren’t sure! It’s behind the restaurant, Time-​to-​Eat on Lewisville-​Clemmons Rd, but you turn on Neudorf Rd to get to their office.
