Not Happy ! Thrilled to be finished there. It took 4 visits to get 1 crown on and it still isn’t like it should be. 2 returns to get the bite right so instead of removing the crown and adjusting the top she just drills off the surface of my new crown. The bite is still a touch high but going back I just can’t do. Dr. Cassar is a (patient juggler) she is the only dentist there and will have 3 to 4 patients in rooms and will leave you for a good while between patient jumps. But everyone is pleasant and nice, but I’m sitting here for 15 minutes a couple times during each visit while I hear her working in the next room. They text and email you to death to verify appointments so they can cram as much business in as they can. Only open 3.5 days a week. I haven’t EVER seen so much room to room jumping as I have here and I am done, done, Done!

I saw that she started her own practice and had to share the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental chair…
I struggle with anxiety and fear when in a dental chair due to bad experiences. I fear that I will feel pain any second which always leaves me on edge…
Not with DR. CASSAR!
The day of my appointment naturally I was nervous and scared… I shed a few tears if that tells you how much I struggle, but within minutes all my nerves and fears went away. She is the most gentle dentist! She was soooo good at easing my anxiety and listening to me, each step she always asked if I was in any pain and if I was doing OK as well as keep me distracted from what was going on. The whole appointment not once did I feel any pain and for once I was able to relax and enjoy the ride without having a death grip to the arms of the chair.
It really puts me to ease that she is generally concerned about her patients! She’s dedicated to improving great patient care and making sure you are really taken care of! I would recommend anyone to Dr. Cassar.
With experience in the dental field I know not all Drs. are created equal, which leads me to say a huge thank you to Dr. Cassar and your wonderful/​beautiful work!
