My drive through order during a slow Sunday lunchtime was badly screwed up. I ended up turning around and driving back since I was picking up lunch for others and a sandwich was completely missing. I guess I need to stop in the drive through lane every time and count my orders. I had to go back and go inside the restaurant to retrieve my missing food which I paid for. When I asked for my food I received an eye roll from the cashier and monosyllabic responses from the other employees. I never received an apology of any kind for the error. Nothing. I was so angry as I left I called and asked for the manager. I explained the situation and received only silence from the manager. Again no apology. Nothing. I guess customer service is dead. At least it’s absent at this Wendy’s.

I’m usually a drive thru customer here but came in for once. Run of the mill Wendy’s but the people working here were particularly friendly which was nice. Only reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is there was 2 big mosquitos flying around, yuck.
