Staff was really rude. And an older lady was working and she doesnt know anything about cigars or ecigs AT ALL! The (MANAGER) was on the phone the whole time i was there. Didnt ask if i needed help AT ALL. I ended up just walking out.

Selection is good as are the prices. They redid the store not so long ago and put in a seating area in the back with a TV. I think it is kinda a waste given the size of the store since the humidor is very small and almost uncomfortable if you have even two people in it at one time. Staff is hit or miss with their knowledge and some of the cigars were mispriced. Aside from those small issues it isn’t a bad store for buying sticks.

I visited here to pick up some ‘gars to bring back after a great week of taking in MLB Spring training 2011. The selection is good with all my favs… Padron and Fuentes.
The service is friendly and when picking up a box the discounts are great. The nice thing is that the whole store is humidified with another walk in… just like being in a candy store.
Tobacco Depot is located throughout the Tampa/St. Petes and Bradenton area. Try them if you are ever down!
