Had an appointment for 5 pm didn’t get seated until 6:10pm what a way to run a business.

I went in today to get a color, my hair was previously red and I threw brown on top of it, it wasn’t the exact color I wanted, but I liked it better than this. I guess it’s partly my fault but I wanted brown to cover the red left over and carmely highlights in the front or lighter brown pieces.
I left with still red brown I had came in with and my highlights are yellow and bright red :/​they gave me five dollars off since it wasn’t exactly what I wanted.
The service was alright, they do not take appointments and they’re not a full service salon so no on the scalp lightener so no super blonde colors. They only had two people working so when the phone was constantly ringing the stylists would have to stop our services to continuously answer it and also check other people in.

Clean .As soon as they took my name they went back to their customers. Never said a word to me for at least 20 minutes. Only 2 hair stylists. Very very slow yet when the girl took me she was pretty good and efficient. WTH Not sure if I would wait again.
