This place keeps me looking great! I enjoy coming to this location. Whether I am dropping off or picking up I am always greeted with a friendly hello and a smile. As with any dry cleaning location typical service is two days, with accommodation for the next day if requested. The prices are a little higher than you will pay at some of the other local dry cleaners. Fortunately, in this case you get what you pay for.
This place really respects the notion of developing a relationship with its customers. Every time I come in I am greeted by name and welcomed as a valued customer. On several occasions I have received phone calls to follow-​up on a drop-​off or to let me know that my items are ready for a pick-​up. Delays have happened and once or twice my clothes have been out of alphabetical order which required a few minutes of patience. However, they have never lost any of my clothes. As a customer service they even provided me with a garment bag to bring in my clothes.
After having a previously horrid experience with another dry cleaner who wanted to place blame for mislabeled clothing on me the customer, I am deeply grateful for the system they use to track and monitor clothing to ensure it gets back to the right owner. In today’s technical environment barcodes are very common and we do not always appreciate the control they offer. Each article of clothing is associated with a barcode at this location and ensures that what I drop-​off comes back to me. Therefore, reliance is not placed entirely on the employee or the customer. I am so grateful that I have consistently gotten the correct clothes back and when there have been issues they have been very easily resolved.
