Darla did a wonderful cut and color on my hair. It was PERFECT. She is very professional, and an extremely experienced stylist. I would highly recommend her. I’m extremely picky about my hair and couldn’t be happier.

⁶⁄₂₈ — I just moved here desperately needed a cut & color I called about 5 today and Yolanda was happy to have me come right over. Nice lady BUT… I asked for an «almost pixie /​long pixie» I showed her a picture of my hair that way from the front which had the colors I had before in the pic which is what I wanted again. The cut is good but it’s not as long in front/​sides/​top as I wanted but it’s difficult to communicate on a first visit so I give her that. The cut she did was done well. BUT… The color OMG I have diagonal «STRIPES» on my sides and back of my head in the 3 colors I asked for (blonde, Deep red, brown) I do not know what to describe it like but it looks bad I’m going to run out to the store for a box of color — it’s that bad. I will try to attach a pic. Bottom line I assume she’s good at long color I don’t know but short hair I would RUN somewhere else for sure. What’s also sucky is my hair went maybe half way over my ears before the cut and she said it’s usually $ 150 but I will only charge you $ 125. This is after she knew I was not happy with the results of the color. There is no way anybody would want color done like this. I don’t complain terribly when these things happen in person I politely try to exit as quickly as possible– so don’t assume I was a difficult customer. I really and truly had a bad color job.

They are fun women who know their biz and love what they do. My girlfriend had her hair and makeup done before her wedding and she looked so beautiful yet age appropriate! I watched the women welcome clients who walked in late with open arms. They are fun and full of life, so what a great place to hang out for an hour or two while being pampered! Salon Southbeach is one of those little gems you wish you had in your backyard.
