Had a pc laptop and desktop that I had unfortunately upgraded to Windows 10(total crap!) and crashed both machines. Took them to Ray’s and boy I’m glad I did. He was able to completely refresh my laptop and restore my desktop — with all my files intact. Reset my Windows 7 and I’m back in business after surely thinking I had lost both of them. Great price, awesome service and fast! I’d highly recommend! Thanks Rays!

I have hesitated to take in my old laptop and pc to any place for fear of being taken advantage of or worse, getting my personal information stolen. I heard horror stories. I didn’t want to go to a big box store where they could care less and charge big. These guys are awesome! Fear no more! I am so glad I had gone here based on a recommendation. You drive into the parking lot, and you may hesitate… gun shop, suishi, barbershop… not that these things are necessarily bad, but if I had not been told specifically about this place and was driving by, I probably would keep driving. DO NOT DO THAT! These people are so knowledgeable and willing to help. They are honest and helpful and certainly fair in their pricing. They are efficient and love what they do! Jamie was the technician who helped me out. I work from home and really needed to find a place that I can rely on to help me when I have a computer issue. I found the place. What a good feeling that is. I would highly recommend this place for all your computer needs.

Great service for reasonable price. Jamie serviced and DELIVERED my laptop and my daughter’s on two days. He also is very honest and friendly!
