I had scheduled to drop off my trailer just before they opened and leave the keys with Neil one of the service guys. I dropped it off in front of the shop and told it would be put in the yard that day. I went after work and it was still in front and left for the day. Luckily one guy was leaving and I got my keys to put a lock on it so it wouldnt get stolen during the night and told they were pulling out a trailer out of the yard and it got hung up on boards and ripped the floor out. I was very concerned, but with other shops having over a month wait I still left my trailer with them. My trailer is new and under factory warranty. It sat there for over 6 weeks. There was very bad communication on pm side. When I was discussing the problem with Doug he yelled at me and got very unprofessional. This was his 2nd time yelling at me. The 1st time was when I called the day I dropped my trailer off just to make sure he was all set with everything. I was told by his coworker he was yelling at everyone because he got dental work that day and doesn’t handle pain well. Doug should not be working with customers if he is going to yell at them for no reason. After my trailer being there for 6 weeks and nothing getting done and pm admitting they were not capable to do the work, the manufacturer recommended another shop for me to go to. I have a very good manufacturer that has always done their best by me, but they were amazed by how bad pm was and their ignorance of saying they can fix things, but can’t and wondered why they were trying to advertise at a rv show. My manufacturer put them on the do not use list. They left my shower doors all busted up and hanging and a real mess while they were trying to see how they would fix it. Now I need to get what they messed up fixed as well. Warning do not go to these guys. Go on a waiting list for a better shop anything but go to them. I made a mistake taking it to them.
