Pizza Hut

Everytime I go here I am highly disappointed.
Tonight my friends and I ordered the new stuffed garlic knot pizza at the Missouri Ave Pizza Hut but they were currently out so we decided to go to the East Bay one. We ordered online and had a promo code for free bread sticks. For some reason our bread sticks said free but the total did not reflect free. When we walked in to the Pizza Hut a woman walked by us and looked at us. There were at least four people in the back that all looked at us but not one could greet us to even say someone would be right with us. One of my friends eventually had to say Umm hello to get them to come over. We asked about the bread stick promo and she said they have nothing to do with it and we had to call and complain to the complaint department. We wanted to say just forget it after waiting as long as we did without getting acknowledgement for over 10 minutes. Otherwise I enjoyed my pizza and the Hershey cookie is Amazing!

Decided to order the cheesy bites pizza and give that a shot. It wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t great either. We asked for extra cheese and usually, Pizza Hut (in general, not this location) completely ignores that request. At least at this location, they actually did put extra cheese, so kudos there.
We also ordered the Hershey Triple chocolate brownie to satisfy our sweet tooth craving. I mean, how wonderful does that sound? All of this chocolaty gooeyness, warm and soft oozing with chocolate, right? (Sound of game show buzzer) WOW! Talk about dashed expectations here!
It was dry, and all of the brownies on the sides were so hard I could have used them to drive nails into a concrete wall. No gooey! None! Talk about disappointing! But then, what else did I really expect from a chain pizza place?
So all of that to say, it’s exactly what you would expect from a Pizza Hut. No worse, but no better either.

Recently realized that gluten and I don’t get along. I’ve been craving pizza and realized Pizza Hut has a gluten free crust. Ordered it online, delivery estimate was 30 minutes, and damned if the pizza didn’t show up 32 minutes later. It was crisp, cheesy, saucy in a good way, and overall delicious. If you’re gluten intolerant I HIGHLY recommend this pizza. It’s like a cracker /​thin crust which I don’t prefer but that’s gluten free for you. Still, it tastes GREAT, satisfies the pizza urge, and is super delicious. You won’t regret the gluten free option. Thanks Pizza Hut.

Do NOT order extra cheese. You pay for it, but don’t get it. Same thickness of cheese rather you order it or not. They save food cost at your expense.

The $ 10 box is a great deal — comes all in one box placed in there really cute… medium pizza, breadsticks and cinnasticks… not one for ordering pizza since usually pay more than it’s worth — but perfect size for 2 or 3 people!

The pizza was good, but they messed up everything, which is disappointing because the one in Holiday, fl is awesome. I ordered the box special with pretzel crust… wasn’t pretzel crust… it was crust with salt on it. The MILD Buffalo wings were actually BURNING hot (I know hot, and love it but my fiancé does not), and the Parmesan bread was so dry that even the marinara sauce didn’t help. They kinda burnt it and left it under a lamp for too long. Man :(The 2 stars is for the actual pizza minus the crust.

Poor customer service! After waiting almost an hour for our delivery the driver called and apparently was given the wrong address even though our address was in the system from a previous order. When the driver finally got here he only had one of the two pizzas we ordered. When we called to let them know what happened all they were willing to do was credit is for our next delivery on another day! Are you kidding me? No more orders from that store!

It’s pizza hut, they don’t have a great dining experiance, thier not awesome home made pizza, it’s a chain that offers fast food at a decent price.
I grew up eating at pizza hut though and they have a $ 10 carry out deal currently that is great when you feeling lazy and want something greasy and delicious.
