Horrible customer service! Tried calling the store NUMEROUS times to have a question answered and they NEVER picked up the phone! (Who on earth doesn’t answer their phone during normal business hours?) To make matters worse … I drove down to speak with someone (directly) and I was horrified at how I was treated! I first spoke to a young lady at the register and it was clear she hated her job. Only to be followed by a snotty young lady in customer service, followed by an extremely rude manager who has NO business in «customer support!». And trust me people, I’m not writing this because I didn’t like the answer I got when I got there. As a matter of fact the answer worked in my favor (concerning a price match). This is being written so that you’re aware. I’m new to the area and maybe this is considered the «norm» here in Florida but next time I’ll consider driving the extra 15 miles to Tarpon Springs rather than step foot in this store again (IF I decide to return to Kohls at all).

Okay, I’m announcing publicly now that my beautiful wife is absolutely a Kohlsaholic. And, instead of seeking counseling, I’ll admit, I’m clearly an enabler. But, man, the benefits are just outrageous.
The store is nicely organized, is bright and easy to navigate. Customer service is just right: personable help is available as needed, and pressure is non-​existent. The store is loaded with great deals on products that you need or want. Lots to choose from.
The cream on the top includes the amazing specials, credit card discounts, coupons and Kohl’s Cash, which is incremental kickbacks for all purchases. The net result is clear: awesome deals at amazing prices.
Trust me: shop here once, and you’ll be hooked.

Kohls is a great place. Good sales. Also there is ALWAYS coupons on the different coupon apps like retailmenot and in various flyers. I get either 20% off or $ 10 off every time i shop with widely available coupons on top of the already good sales and clearance. Definitely recommended.

You can find some good deals at Kohls. They usually have some great deals in their children’s section. Wait for it to go on clearance though because full price is insanely ridiculous. The Kohl’s cash entices you to come back and spend more money. I’ve fallen into that trap a few times, but sucking up a good deal may be well worth the enticement! A note on the clothing racks in the clearance section, it is only separated by boy/​girl. Good luck with finding sizes. If you end up finding exactly what you can use, it makes it that much better of a deal!

You really can’t beat the sales that Kohl’s has. I love walking into the place and finding their clearance area at 60−90% off.
i love that I can find jeans from different makers and try them all on. From Levis to JLo to Elle among a few of the brands that they offer. There truly is something for anyone in their fashion departments. The have one of the best plus departments I’ve seen in a long time.
I see that they’re also carrying high end make up these days too! This is great for someone like me!

Kohl’s, why are your prices so durn high?
Decided to tag along with a buddy of mine who just moved into her house, and I agreed to give advice about home décor. This is the wrong place to do it.
Other than sales, the regular priced items are highway robbery. She saw a toilet brush holder she liked. I looked at the price tag… Twenty one dollars and change for a plastic contraption to hold a brush you scrub your toilet with? Ya gotta be kidding me! Thankfully she opted to pass it up and go for a few $ 5 towels she saw (they were on sale of course).
Needless to say, with me being a cheapskate, I had a list of other stores she could go to and purchase items for far less.
I’ll be back, Kohl’s… when everything’s on clearance.

Lots of decent clothes here. Lots of parking and not too tough to get to as it’s right off of 19. Staff here have been helpful when I’ve been here. I purchased a pair of pants from here that somehow I walked out with the alarm tag still on it. 4 months later, I went back there to have them remove the tag, and it took 10 minutes to get that sucker off, but they did it without complaining.

I love to go to Kohl’s as the sales never stop. I look for sports, tennis, and running clothes here at great prices on Nike, Adidas, and Fila. I’m always checking out men’s wear as well. This is my local Kohl’s and I’m glad it’s close by!
