Although my cuckoo clock could not be fix because of the lid was glued down by a family member trying to help. Mr. Bassett was very honest upfront. He tried to see if he was able to get to the mechanism but he couldn’t without jeopardizing the structure and he rather not do that. I was very pleased with his honesty. If I can find a way to remove the back of it and will take it back to him in a heartbeat to get the cuckoo clock fix.
