Steve Graff is the ULTIMATE home inspector! I have used his services 3 times now! 13 Years ago when building a new home in Trinity, he inspected from the slab up, finding many areas where the builder «cut corners» This inspection was a definite selling feature when recently selling that home! I most recently had Steve inspect (2x) a 1927 Bungalow I am buying in Tampa. After 5 hours of crawling, digging, climbing, etc. I had a comprehensive report but more so UNDERSTANDING of exactly when I was getting myself into. Lucky for me Steve is also a really nice guy and went above and beyond by talking directly with the Investor/​seller to come to an agreement on some repairs that needed to be made. If you need a home inspection (or Pest Control) you NEED Steve Graff and Inspectograff to do it RIGHT! I have said this many times before … Sellers should be shaking in their shoes if they find that Inspectograff will be conducting the home inspection on a house sale!
