Essentials Massage & Facials of Feathersound

Scheduled a massage and facial for 12pm on Sunday for myself and a friend. A Girl’s Day — how fabulous.
The spa was scheduled to open at 10am. When we arrived at 11:30, the doors were still locked. A massage therapist and a facial specialist were sitting outside. What kind of ridiculously bad customer service is that?!
By 12:10, no one was there. The owner had texted that someone would be there to open the doors in 15 minutes. We decided not to continue waiting and instead go get a quick lunch together. (We both have freelance jobs and had work to do later that day.)
When I politely said that I would call the owner and reschedule rather than wait, the specialist argued, «It’s only 15 more minutes.»
Excuse me, but do not argue with me about how I choose to spend my leisure time and how long a permissible amount of wait time is for a company to open … when it should have been opened HOURS AGO.
I called the spa and left a voicemail for the owners asking for a callback to reschedule. I never received a call back.
I do not recommend and will actively discourage people from this location.
