Dunkin’ Donuts

I ordered a blueberry cobbler Croissant. It costs $ 2.79 and it was stale. I can understand a gas station donut being stale but when you only have one to do and you charge $ 2.79 for a regular size donut, I kind of expect a great donut or at least a good one. First time there and probably the last.

This place consistently gets my order wrong even though they make repeat it about 3 times every time. The wait is usually long too. I opt for the Starbucks down the street now. To many times they have messed up.

Love DD amazing coffee and donuts! Not a Huge fan of the breakfast sandwiches sometimes depending on the location they are made not properly.

I went to this location tonight and the guy was so rude. I ordered two items and he says «hold up. I’m the only one here lady. I’m the only one working.» In a rude tone. I was the only customer there, so it wasn’t busy. And then he didn’t even give me my hash browns. All around bad experience.

I have tried the two new ice coffees. The chips ahoy is the best. Oreo is not good at all. To much dark chocolate.

This DD ranks in the top 5% of all the DD’s I’ve visited in my fifty years… service is great, fast and friendly even though it is at a busy intersection. Only complaint I have is if you go there later in the evening, after 8pm, they are usually out of a lot of Donut and muffin types. Baker comes in around 2 am, I think and restocks are ready for the morning.

The best DD staff ever! They went the extra mile when I needed hot chocolate for the football team in a hurry!!!

Stopped in here Saturday morning 10/​18/​2014 first time at this location. The wife and I ordered spicy sausage breakfast sandwich meals and to say we were highly disappointed the hash browns were horrible the package had five of the tiny circular type. I had gotten a coke out of the cabinet which they all were hot so I asked for a cup of ice. We were going to eat inside but all of the tables were filthy. I will stick with donuts and a different location. What a waste of money.

2 out of 3 visits sucked. The service and the watered down coffee. Not worth of being a dunkn donuts franchise.

This DD is located on the busy Gulf to Bay but don’t let that deter you from fast friendly service and decent reasonably priced food and caffeinated beverages. This DD was clean and had ample parking. As I’ve said in the past, I don’t normally drink coffee but I would become a regular for Dunkin Donuts iced coffee.
My go-​to drink is the French Vanilla ice coffee with cream and sugar, plus a little more sugar. Add the croissant sausage egg and cheese sandwich, a French Culler and hash browns and I’ve got the makings of the best food coma breakfast. Sadly an order of the hash browns only comes with roughly 8 large coin nuggets but at $ 1 and some change I’m always up for ordering more.
A medium iced coffee, breakfast sandwich, a donut and two orders of the hash browns totaled at $ 8.41. If they had DD in MN I would be there everyday.

They had best Carmel mocha latte with bagel hubby says same for his donuts. But was great on this cold day…

I’m giving them 4 stars based on the sandwiches, coffee and donuts. Now for my complaints. First off, you go in and there is trash all over the floor, so many people behind the counter they’re falling all over themselves. you go up to order biscuit bacon egg and cheese and before you finish the sentence, manager Robert cuts you off, «we don’t have no biscuits» real fast and sharp tongued. I mean my customer service training would have led to this reply, «I’m sorry sir but we are temporarily out of biscuits but may i suggest (fill in the blank).» Manager Robert offered no apologies no suggestions and no thank you when my order was done. I won’t go back to that location.

This is one of the best stores in this current ownership group. It all starts with the manager, and this one is on the ball.

Idiots!!! They make the BEST Peppermint Mocha Latte at Christmas time, however, the Dunkin Donuts on Gulf To Bay can’t get it right to save their life! I’m 100% giving up on them, I’ve tired 3 different times and each time they seem to leave out the peppermint and add extra mocha, gag. I even sent 2 of them back (watching them make my new one) and it was still wrong, WTH. I guess the ONLY good thing is I won’t take in the extra calories because I just end up throwing them out. SO disappointed and will stick with StarBucks.

Yayy for us finding a Dunks that delivered prompt deliciousness like the ones back home! We searched high & low to finally come upon this one on our way to Clearwater Beach and it didn’t disappoint.

They put crack in their coffee, right? There’s no other explanation. I can’t get enough of it. The donuts are what they are, and the muffins are pretty good, but it’s all about the coffee — and on a hot summer day, there are few things better than an iced Dunkin Donuts coffee. I love me some Dunkin Donuts.
