TERRIBLE SERVICE. Actually, it’s more like NO SERVICE.
We tried so hard to be customers with this company, but they never showed up at appointments! Usually by the second (sometimes third) appointment, they will show up… somewhere around the scheduled time. For the latest appointment, they texted us in the morning to set an appointment, we agreed to the time, they confirmed they would be there… and they never showed. When they’re late/​no-​show, they don’t answer texts or phone calls. For this latest appointment, they finally responded that they were on their way when I told them to cancel our service and let them know I would be leaving a review.
If you’re lonely and want to have a lot of contact back and fourth scheduling appointments that will never happen, give them a call. Their prices are reasonable! If you want someone that will show up when they promise and won’t ignore you when they are no-​shows, I would call another one of the dozens of companies out there.
