This community is a notch above average, but nothing very spectacular. PROS: It’s clean, and quiet for the most part. There are a variety of tenants from small families to individual dwellers and everything in between. If you’re looking for a gym, there’s the Family Fitness Center which is a 5 minute walk away(at most) or you can just hit up the small exercise room next to the pool and avoid the membership costs. I like the being able to walk to Publix as well. Not to mention, the various restaurants and other businesses just walking distance away if you so please. They are pet friendly with a one-time fee to be paid(breed and weight restrictions do apply). Rent is reasonable. And quite simply, I feel safe living in the area. Also, the office staff is friendly and pleasant to speak with should there be any concerns. :) CONS: One downfall for me when I was moving in was that they do not offer units with a washer and dryer. I had to purchase my own. Limited parking at certain times. They assign one spot per unit. There is some guest parking in the confines of the complex, but there are vacant guest parking spots just outside of the complex. It gets difficult to find parking sometimes at night on a weekend.
