Ok. I like really good food and do not go out for fast food but Arby’s is my guilt pleasure for fast food. I like their fries and sauces. One thing I noticed since moving south was how everyone in the service industry seems friendly. Enjoy their jobs. Polite. Etc The older lady at the register was just mean and rude. I won’t waste time with the details as they are not necessary and she was just an angry person My food was on a tray before I even finished paying and asked her if it was mine and her response was your guess is good as mine. They obviously rushed my food as the sandwhich was a mess. The packaging for the sandwhich was covered in grease and food particles. Their horsy sauce was empty but they seemed busy horsing around instead of wanting to help. The one on gulf to bay is so much better. This one is poorly managed.

This Arby’s is the WORST place ever. First of all, there is a nasty, b! tchy, chubby blond by the name of Sarah who is usually at the window. She will give you an attitude while she takes your money. No thank you, no smile, no patience. If you ask for condiments or extra napkins, she will roll her eyes and thrust them at you. I know, they’re fast food workers, not rocket scientists, but have some respect. Another time I went on to get a market salad. I watched the guy behind the counter take 2 mini side salads out of the mini fridge, handed them to the guy in the kitchen and that guy threw the contents into a larger bowl… no cheese, no onions, none of the toppings that are supposed to be on the market fresh salad, just the lettuce and chicken on top! I said, are you kidding me? That’s not what I ordered and paid almost $ 7.00 for. Does that look like the picture on your menu board? Mind you, I had already paid, they swiped my card. I declined the crappy, shoddy salad and asked for my money back. The manager re-swiped my card, going thru the apparent motions of reversing the transaction, but it was a fake out. Inever got the refund. It did not appear on my bank account. It’s the not the money that angered me, but the horrible customer service. That location is just exceptionally awful, from the food preparation to the way they treat diners. The one on Gulf to Bay is much better, in every regard.

Not a bad place to get your fix for an ok roast beef sandwich. The service here is either hot or miss and they have the annoying ability of running out of key items that you want. Inside of the restaurant is kept pretty clean and the staff is quick to get you the extras that you are needing.

Went for the reuben sandwhich and they were out of rye bread. Very disappointing, especially when there is a grocery store acroos the street. Go buy some ! They advertise this item like crazy.

Update: 7÷26÷2013 Stopped by and had the turkey club, a nice change from the beef-centered menu Arby’s has had since day one. Good sandwich, and a nice change of pace for the countless burger-ville’s in the Fast Food Nation. Good flavor, and I’ll likely choose this sandwich on future stops. 9÷14÷2011 I don’t eat at fast food often, so that makes my trips to the Fast Food Nation pretty rare. I’ve stopped by this Arby’s location a few times over the past few months after getting some coupons in the mail to try out their new sandwiches, the Angus Cool Deli and the Smokin’ Chipotle Chicken, and a variety of their subs. This store has recently upgraded their interior, and the furnishings are nice on a fast food scale. While I’d always eaten their basic roast beef sandwiches over the years, these new sandwiches were all quite good and seasoned well. And compared to most fast food franchise offerings, they were very tasty. Service was excellent for fast food place. Every single time I’ve been the cashiers have been friendly and helpful, even bringing out any food that they couldn’t serve up promptly to my table with a smile. No typical grumpy, burger-slinging automatons I encounter at most fast food places are here, folks. Out of all the fast food brands I’ve ever eaten at, Arby’s is now probably in my top five, along with Five Guys, Chick-Fil-A, In-and-Out, and the occasional Wendy’s salads, My score, based on a fast food scale: Atmosphere: 4 Service: 5 Food: 4 Value: 4
