Last night was my 1st time here and I loved it. Tuesday nights are .50 wings, which were really good. The homemade chips were also very good. Well try out the other specials during the week.

Just finished up dinner here! We had onion rings and wings, they were spectacular!!! The onion rings were so soft and not overly fried with a DELICIOUS dipping sauce. The wings were fried, we got mild and blackened, best wings in a while. We substituted ranch for blue cheese for .75 and it was sooooo worth the cost, we even asked for more, so creamy and delicious! We finished off with fried apples with vanilla ice cream, WOW is all I can say!!! We came out to watch the NBA finals and ended up here and it was a phenomenal choice. Oh they also had $ 2 and $ 3 beer choices including Guinness! Highly recommend this spot, next time we come we will have actual meals and will update my review at that time! Thanks for the exceptional service from Jeff and Pete, you were fantastic!!!

Had a huge party of 35 people. 25 adults and 10 kids. Called the Resturaunt before hand and the owner set it up for us. It was a little overwhelming for them but they did a great job. Food was so amazing. I will eat there again when I come back to Clearwater.

Went there again a couple times more for wing Tuesday and dinner on a Friday. Wings are amazing and great value and Friday night was very lively with some great live music. My parents both really enjoyed the buffalo sandwich and BLT. I tried the clam chowder which was one of the best I’ve ever had. A great local hang out for sure.

This was a really delightful surprise. We found the 1933 Pub & Grill on Unilocal and it seemed promising. Then when we drove up, my heart sank a little since it is a place that is small and kind of in a strip mall and doesn’t look like it would be a spectacular place to eat. But I am happy to report that I was wrong. Our waitress was great, super relaxed and very prompt. The beer list was good and the beer was crisp and fresh. And the menu was more than we expected. I was lured in by the«Clam n Sand,» a big bowl of homemade clam chowder and a grilled cheese. So simple but so delicious. The clam chowder was rich and creamy with nice chunks of vegetables and potatoes plus the clams. The grilled cheese was made on big texas toast type bread but still soft and squishy. Really good, very solid. My husband ordered a chicken sandwich, which he loved but said would probably be too spicy for some. We also got some grilled shrimp appetizers, which were yummy, but nothing particularly amazing. Décor-wise, it’s a pretty laid back bar. If you look up, there are all kinds of old beer cans lining the walls, which was just cool. I will say the prices were a big high, but nothing crazy. We would definitely go back.

Enjoyed dinner here earlier in the week post a spring training game with some friends. Half of our party was stuck in traffic, but our waiter was totally cool.(We’re from outside Philly, and some restaurants won’t even seat you without your full party.) I enjoyed the mahi-mahi sandwich, blackened. My husband enjoyed the non-fried buffalo chicken sandwich. The fries and chips made in house were yummy. He also had the 1933 lager, and it received a favorable review from him(he’s quite the beer snob). The bomb shrimp appetizer(not sure of exact name) was really yummy — the shrimp was lightly battered and fried perfectly. Service was friendly and efficient. Our waiter was beyond nice. Highly recommend!

Went there for first time and was presently surprised how clean, nice the people were, and how many people actually eating there for a bar. I happened to be there on a Tuesday which was 50 cent wings. I ordered four different kinds to try them all. I liked how they let your order as small as 5 wings of a specific kind. That were all great. I also had their homemade chili and it was the awesome. We also tried the fried portobello mushroom but the thought it was undercooked and soggy. They had a new bar tender named Jen and she was real nice to talk and joke around with. I love little dive bars like this and will be back. Beer prices were $ 2.00 for Bud Light fraught pints before 7:00. Wished they were open for lunch I would come more often.

Love this place! Been there a few times and every time has been a 5 star experience. Great food, good drinks and wonderful staff. Places is decorated well and even has a little terrace out back. If you’re around, definitely stop by and try their burgers too.

Let me just tell you about this buffalo chicken sandwich, because it deserves to be talked about. The bun and the chicken breast were the SAMESIZE. As someone who enjoys a buffalo chicken sandwich more than most I have seen a lot of them. Most of the time the chicken is too big for the bread of choice, and the extra chicken hangs off the edges. This usually means you have to eat the chicken on the edges by itself, then you can eat the sandwich as intended with any toppings you would have had, if you’re into the sort of thing. This time I didn’t have to deal with that. I was amazed, it was almost as if the bread was MADE for THIS chicken breast. I don’t know if this is the norm here, but I will definitely be back to see. Beyond my amazement for the shape of the bread and chicken the sandwich was tasty, I enjoyed the flavors and it wasn’t too spicy. I ordered it with the potato chips, which I then ordered salt and vinegar. How cool is that, homemade chips flavored salt and vinegar? I was excitable this evening. We also ordered the all in chips and dip, which was delicious. It was a creamy loaded baked potato like dip with the homemade chips. We all enjoyed it. Other people at our table ordered the burger, which was cooked perfectly, and wings. The person with the wings said they were a little dry, so I would order an extra side of sauce. But overall it was a good meal had by all. Parking is a little confusing so be aware of that. But give it a shot, if only to let me know if all the buffalo chicken sandwiches are the same shape as the bun.

What a fun place. Everything on the menu has been great so far. They are proud of their food and they should be. The music is always great and beer is always cold. Yay!

Came back in for a reunion type get together with Ulga’s group and found the wings to be very well done. We had a pleasant time. As for your prior comment… I hate to disagree but this incident was not alleged. I was not alone and I showed the waiter the glass. He basically did nothing indicating that there was nothing glass in the kitchen. That was probably the most unprofessional thing he could have done to any customer. No apology, nothing. I told him to take the salad from my table and remove it from my bill. Paid and left. I ate nothing nor was he concerned about it. I was very professional about it, he was just the opposite. Sorry… As for this visit I had no problems… No incidents and no one touched my lemon this time. LOL!

A good, solid place to come grab a burger and have a beer while watching football or catching up with friends! It’s a cute little spot off a side road in Clearwater. While the outside looks a little divey, the inside is updated and clean and not divey at all. I stopped in here with my fiancé and we got there right after they opened. They were still a little behind in getting everything ready so we sat ourselves and a few minutes later someone came over to wait on us. The entire time we were there it wasn’t crowded at all — just a few other customers. We started with the All In Chips & Dip($ 8) which is a loaded baked potato dip and fresh chips. Yum! We both decided on burgers for lunch. I had the ‘Shroom burger($ 10) which was juicy and tasty and cooked medium well as requested. I had a side of Old Bay chips which were good but half of the seasoning was on by burger instead of the chips, and I think it would taste better on fries. My fiancé had the Burger on Fire which was nice and spicy. He requested a side of salt & vinegar chips but got regular fries instead. He decided not to say anything but was a little disappointed since the homemade chips were so good. He also asked for Stella Cidre but got Stella beer but was ok with drinking it anyway. They had a few tasty local brews on tap and they were $ 1 off for Sunday happy hour. When the checks came we asked for them to be split and it took a while for them to figure out how to split them. We enjoyed our time and would come back for more tasty food.

What a great little restaurant and bar. My wife and I ordered off of the«build your own burger» menu and our burgers were absolutely great. Our bartender was Danny(sp?) and she was very personable, polite, and professional. We really value restaurants that put in a lot of time into preparing food from scratch and this place seems to do that. We can’t wait to go back to try out other menu items that were appealing to us.

Decided to come here after a friend sent me a Groupon, never knew the place was here. Ordered the fried mushrooms and we usually judge a place by them. They didn’t dissapoint. The burger eggplosion and the great caper were excellent and cooked to a perfect medium. This is a great place for a great burger and an ice cold beer. We will be back in the future. I definitely suggest you stay on top of your social media to be relevant(instagram and twitter) are lacking!

It was another game of Spin the Unilocal to see what would come up when I was getting out of dance class and the husbeast was getting out of work late. When it landed on this one. I liked the concept and so. a decision was made. Finding it was.tricky. I ended up at Charlie’s Café, but apparently the GPS was off of our location by about 100 feet, the pub is next to Domino’s so we just had to move our cars. *shrug* Parking for 1933 Pub & grill can be tight, as it was, i took the last space and there didn’t seem to be a lot of people there, I think everone must have taken there own vehicles! We walked in, it was dimly lit. There was NO hostess, the waitstaff was all behind the bar, so we sat down and waited. Minutes ticked by until one of the people finally came out and asked us why we didn’t flag them down, their regulars would have been screaming by then(five or so minutes had passed). When we did get the menu, we perused it for a few minutes and finally placed our orders, we started with their Slim Pickings — Basically Chili Cheese fries. And they were very good, The only thing I can say about them is that the chili was on the WAY mild side, even for me, and that it lacked salt. The husband had one of their burgers, and chips with cajun flavoring. The chips were some of the crispiest I’ve ever had and his burger was both thick and juicy! I opted to have some wings and cole slaw, the slaw was DAMNED good! And the wings were right tasty as well. Their medium sauce wasn’t too spicy, and had a good bite on the tongue. Personally, I found it too dark inside, I had to use my cell phone to order by, and the minimal light offered by the tea-light on the table was barely enough to light my pictures. Other than that, it was a good place to catch a meal and conversation!

I decided to try this place out for a late lunch. Nice cozy interior, not divey. They have a decent selection of beers and wine, but no liquor in site. I decided to try The Burger Eggplosion which came adorned with a Fried Egg, bacon, and American Cheese. They cooked it a perfect medium rare, and all the flavors worked together nicely. I also asked if I could upgrade to onion rings instead of fries, which they were kind enough to let me do. The onions themselves tasted fresh and delicious, but the breading was really doughy, I prefer the outside a little more fried. Once again I found myself wavering between 3 and four stars, but what was that I spotted on tap? They have Pair O’ Dice Hop Bet Red? Why, we just had a Unilocal event at that awesome brewery. I have appreciation for them carrying local beers, and therefore they get the nod for the fourth star.

We came here a couple weeks ago for date night, we had a living social deal so we were restricted to a couple sections on the menu but we were not disappointed. I had the buffalo chicken sandwich, it was delicious and brandon had a burger with an egg on it that was also very good. We also had mozzarella sticks which were pretty good, regular mozzarella sticks though but the sauce was tasty. They had a great variety of Craft beers as well as a full liquor bar and wine options. The atmosphere was really laid back and chill but not«divey», just a very nice environment for drinks or dinner or both. There were quite a few really tasty looking items on the menu that we want to go back and try for sure. WARNING: Don’t be in a hurry, the service was definitely not quick, I think this meal took us at least 2 hours or more… the food is delicious and well worth the wait but it takes quite a while to get your food so be patient. The parking lot wasn’t very big, it was in a plaza so it was shared with a couple other places, but most people were parking on the grass on the side of the road.

1933 Pub is a local favorite. While this place doesn’t look like much on the outside, it is definitely something special. This is much more than«bar food» — the food quality is top notch and the menu has a number of unique offerings. Whether it is salads or sandwiches, or something heavier, I have get to be disappointed. One of my favorites is the«all in» chips appetizer, which is homemade potato chips with an amazing potato, cheese, and bacon«dip.» The dining area is small, so the place can get busy and parking is tight. If the weather is good, you can sit on a back porch. It is best to show up early!

This is a great place to come vs some of the chains that are in the area. This is a local place run by a nice couple. The night we came, the owner was running the bar and tables. He was very friendly. He took the time to talk with us and tell us about the menu and beers they had on tap. He also helped us out with our order when we couldn’t decide. The inside of the pub is nice; it looks like it was recently remodeled. It has a nice mix of tables, bar sized tables and a good sized bar. There is an outside area, but we sat inside. I went with one of their burgers since that’s what they’re known for. It was cooked nicely. It was a spicy burger but didn’t have a ton of heat to it. I would have preferred it to be a bit hotter. The fries were just a touch under cooked. My wife had a salad. The shrimp wasn’t exactly to her liking(the way it was cooked and dressed) and they quickly offered her another skewer that was grilled. Drinks were good and they had a nice selection of beers on tap. Again, a great neighborhood place. If you want something a little different, jump off 19 and try them out.

I came here for the first time late on a Friday evening. For that reason I didn’t get the chance to try out the food menu, so this review is based solely on service, drinks and environment. First of all the ambience here is laid back yet upscale. Has a nice jazzy meets coffee lounge meets wine bar feel. They had a nice and mellow live singer here playing guitar and singing throughout the evening. He did a great job and played a good selection of songs. Brittany was our bartender and she was really friendly and a nice person overall. Great personality. Decent selection of beer and wine for reasonable prices. No liquor here. Really enjoyed the experience here and I will come back again some time Oh! Can’t forget the patio out back. So relaxing and chill out there. Perfect for a night when the Florida weather finally cools down
