Ver small rooms, poor beds, poor AC. There are better places to stay for the price.

This is a very friendly place to stay. The rooms where very clean. Staff was always helpful and friendly. I will be staying here for all my visits in the clearwater area. Walking distance to all the attractions. This cute little friendly hotel made me feel comfortable and like I was home. Wasn’t treated like a guest I was treated like family. Love love this place. Keep up the good work!

I really had a nice trip and staycation in clearwater, this was amongst one of the cheaper options so I went with it. Everything was clean and super friendly staff. Easy to get to right since it’s right off the bridge. My three dumb complaints would be 1. Very bright rooms… like 2 am and it was daylight in room 15. They need some curtains that block out their lights. 2. Traffic noise and boat horns from marina (we like to sleep in, so that’s our problem.) and 3. Mattresses are definitely not comfortable. Everything else was cool and I liked that it had a toaster, microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker too.

This is a very good waterfront motel in downtown Clearwater Beach. My wife and I stayed here for two nights in Feb. 2015. We paid extra for a room with a view of the water. Here’s what we liked: the room was very nice. It had a kitchenette. Great view — small marina on the intracoastal waterway, pelicans, even dolphins! When I arrived I worried that we were too close to the main highway, but it turned out that traffic noise was no problem. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is super convenient with stores, pharmacy and restaurants nearby. The beach is two blocks away. Breakfast is not provided but breakfast restaurants are located one block away. Here’s what we did not like: my bed sagged and was uncomfortable (the other bed was better), and the wifi was very slow. Overall a good experience. I would stay here again. Good value. NOTE: The swimming pool has a noisy filter machine that is usually turned on. Avoid rooms # 6 to 10, which are closest to the filter and will be noisier. Better yet, get the more expensive rooms with a view of the water. These «rooms with view» are not affected by the filter noise.

Love love love this place! It is cozy and the room was super clean. The staff is awesome, helpful, and very nice! We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars is the mattress wasn’t very comfortable. However, I’d still go back!

Honestly didn’t know what to expect since we usual stay at 3 or 4 star + hotels. But I have to tell you, this little beach/​marina motel is wonderful! Perfect location, super walking distance from everything you’d want to see and enjoy! Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because the mattress was a little hard, but we managed.
If this place invested in their mattresses… it would be THE go to on Clearwater Beach! Besides that… we loved it! Truth is we will probably go back here even with the not so comfy bed. The price is right and I love the cozy feel and location.
