Sullivan Tire

John is such a great guy, wonderful business man. He offers good prices and honest work.

When my car got a flat tire this week I went to Sullivan’s to have it patched (since I left my former tire place after their failure to make a faulty alignment right.) Even though John Sullivan’s house is in the newest evacuation path of the fire if the wind shifts, he took time to repair my tire (and the tires of others behind me,) before going to his house to remove as many things as possible just in case the fire comes to his home! This is incredible behavior given what most human beings would do in his situation! Not only did John do a good job on my tire, but he is one of the unsung Good Samaritans among us.
A trip to Sullivan’s is quite the refreshing change as compared to a tire place in Clearlake which claims it knows how to do alignments (by advertising them in their front yard,) when it does not, and then makes excuses, instead of making things right, after your car is not restored to what it was before their ill-​done «alignment.» Instead, you get excuses from its owner claiming that the problems (including a now permanent rattling dashboard and glove compartment,) which were not there the day before their so-​called alignment «can happen at any time» though they miraculously happen the day after their so-​called alignment! This was the same line of B.S. I got from the owner of one of the oil change places in town after a faulty oil change leading to the ruination of my last car the day after his oil change, which later led to his lying his way through the court system to avoid responsibility.
Please support Sullivan’s Tire & Auto Service due to his incredibly self-​less behavior and over-​the-​top example of customer service. And please keep him and others in your thoughts and prayers for safety from the fire!
