Recently I purchased an older home at auction. Even though it had been well maintained it was suggested that I have a home inspection done to catch any major problems. As a single mother I took that advice just to be on the safe side. Arnie was a godsend!!! Not only did he find small and outdated upgrades that needed to be done, he also detected a potential electrical hazard that could have been devastating! Arnie is very thorough and will take the time to personally go over and explain his findings in layman’s terms so that anyone can understand them. His written inspection is very concise and detailed with pictures and clear explanations. Arnie is reasonably priced and I would highly recommend him.
