Brought a really large group in(50 plus) on a Friday night and had unlimited chips, salsa, taco bar set up for us(chicken, beef, beans, rice, lettuce, salsa, etc.,) with corn hard shells and soft tortillas. Got us all fed in just over an hour. They still were able to serve other customers while we there. Food very good quality and extremely reasonable price! 8.50 per person.

Food is marginal. There were five of us and we rarely saw our waiter. He wandered around the room and never bothered to wait on us. The restaurant was less than 30% full, so no excuse for this. A clue to the real quality since we were here during the dinner hour. This place needs some customer service training. Would not recommend.

Honestly a waist of money, the worst Mexican food I’ve had in a while. The tacos where awful down to the cold and dried out beans. And the enchiladas were just awful this was the blandest nastiest food EVER.

We’ve heard a lot of glowing reviews about this place in the past and finally got around to trying it out for ourselves.. . we weren’t impressed. The decorum inside definitely made it feel like we were south of the border, but the temperature didn’t need to mimic it as well(it was well above 80 degrees in there). We were immediately seated.. . at a dirty table. My menu was speckled with salsa and other mystery sauces, but it didn’t bother me too much. We ordered drinks(the wife’s piña colada was covered with about 8 oz of whip cream– why?) and placed our order quickly– and that was about the last time we saw our waiter. The fajitas were adequately cooked, but lacked severely in the flavor department. Honestly the meat and vegetables had almost no taste whatsoever. Much hot sauce(readily available) was used this day. The manager dropped off our food and the waiter didn’t stop by until it was time to drop off the check despite several attempts to flag someone down for more tortillas. In short: Massive portions Reasonable price Weird drinks Poor customer service. Questionable cleanliness in the dining room

One word«TERRIBLE»…worst mexi place I’ve ever been to. Could not finish my food & probably wouldn’t have ate any of it had I not been starving & it was almost 8pm. Waiters sit around at tables on the phone until someone comes in, they get up to swipe tips off tables & leave the dirty dishes on table for kitchen staff. Handed me a menu with salsa smeared on 2 inside pages, I quickly exchanged it. These guys have NO business making alcoholic drinks, the margarita with 1800 was nasty, a few sips & couldn’t drink anymore. Ground beef in the enchilada… REALLY? Waiters NEVER checked with me once after I was served my food. Salsa is tomatos… just terrible unless your stuck in a desert with nothing else to eat & you’re starving. The waiter asked me how everything was when I was paying, had to go to register cause they never brought me a check… I motioned it wasn’t good… he just smiled & took my $. This place should not be serving food… need to recommend this place to Robert Irvine for an episode of Restaurant Impossible.

It’s as authentic as you can get for Mexican in the Midwest. The décor was rustic reminded me of Mexico. The waiters are very friendly, but a bit hard to understand. I blame myself for not taking a Spanish class in school when I could have had a chance to learn it. O’well, life goes on on. I ordered the veggie fajita platter for 8.99. First dish comes out and it was piled high with guacamole, pi co De Gallo, lettuce, refried beans(without pork lard) and Spanish rice. At first I thought they made a mistake with my order since their were no hot veggies on the plate, but then they came out with a second big dish with sizzling veggies piled high and fresh tortillas on the side. Now this was a meal made for 3 people. It was the best Mexican food I’ve had in awhile. I would defiantly go back again, but take 3 Friends with me to help eat it all.
