Taco Bell

This is the worst Taco Bell I have been to. It took 17 minutes to get my three taco’s. There were 7 people working in the back and I was the only one in the restaurant. The tray that help my food was sticky! There was dried food on the sauce packets. Needless to say I threw the food away and left.

Ever spend over $ 6 on a grilled stuff steak burrito and get a grilled stuff rice burrito with 6 small pieces of steak? Well I just did. The wait wasn’t too bad but very disappointed in the quality of my food that I’ll drive a little further and try a different Taco Bell.

Food is decent but service needs a lot of work. Cashiers never seem to fully know the menu, and it takes forever to get your food. The dining area is usually not very clean. If you have time to wait then go ahead but if not there are plenty places around here that are better.

This place is horrible. Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru line AFTER ordering, the food was very sloppily thrown together and when we tried to call… There was no answer.

Terrible service, didn’t get to eat lunch today because they didn’t know how the mobile ordering works. Once they saw it in the system the complained to me for
using the Taco Bell app. Had to put in a complaint online requesting a refund. Dingy and unclean looking exterior and interior. I regret giving this place a 2^nd chance.

One of the best we’ve been to in a while. Clean, good service, and the new smothered burrito was great.

This place is in desperate need of new management. I have been to this location a dozen times and can honestly say that I have NEVER had my order 100% correct. Not once! The last time I was in there an employee (in uniform) was on her cell phone in the dining area, cursing loudly with no consideration for any of the customers. I had my small children with me and was disgusted by this behavior. I won’t be going back unless they clean house and get rid of the trash.

Eating at this restaurant is like rolling the dice… sometimes they are good, a lot of times they aren’t. I normally go to the drive-​thru window and usually order from the Taco Bell menu. Many times I have got the bag of food home and discovered the taco shells were not filled as much as they should have been, compared to most other Taco Bells I’ve been to — in fact, most of the time, you’ll get ripped off that way with this particular location. Today, I got extra crispy dark meat chicken and got it home to discover it had been sitting a while — it was not fresh. I’ve worked in fast food places before and it seems to me this location’s management does not have a good quality control program because they’re consistently non-​consistent when it comes to getting what you paid for.
