Diablo View Window Cleaning

Julie the owner. She just got finished yelling at me, and accusing me of breaking my own screen. They came out on a moments notice to clean our windows, and I was very thankful for this. However, I noticed the screens were saggy and one was torn out of its socket after the cleaning. I left her a message regarding the screens but never heard back.
She also did not clean 2 windows as agreed upon because she didn’t have the equipment. I was very understanding of this, however, the screens being torn was not ok.
She told me that’s the way it was when she got there, and accused me on not wanting to pay her. I had every intention of paying, and was shocked at the accusation. She told me she was going to take me to court and she yelled «you’re a terrible customer» at the top of her lungs.
And she refused to fix what she broke.
I can’t believe she would treat a customer like this.
I would avoid this business at all costs!

Had all of our windows cleaned this morning by Diablo View Window Cleaning and couldn’t be happier! Julie and Brandon were very kind, courteous, and professional. They were also great with our crazy dogs. Thank you guys so much we’ll be sure to call you next time.

I live in Concord and was looking for the windows to our 3 bedroom house to be cleaned inside and out. Not only did they clean our windows inside and out, they cleanined the tracks, removed and cleaned all the screens. We have a sliding screen door that was torn from our dogs. Julie was able to re-​screen our sliding door and replaced the screen with a sturdier pet friendly screen to save us from having to replace it again!
Our windows look like they’re not even there! Julie and her son Brandyn did such an amazing job we won’t think twice to have them back next time we need our windows cleaned!

Just had all of my windows cleaned by Diablo View Window Cleaning and they were fabulous. Julie, the owner, is a local Clayton/​Concord Mom and is incredibly responsive, very friendly and a joy to work with. Her oldest son is her main cleaner and she brought a 3^rd cleaner too. Both guys were very polite, very respectful, clean cut and did a terrific jobs getting my windows nice and shiny! They are insured and pricing was super reasonable too!

They just left our home in San Ramon and we are still wandering around admiring the perfect job they did on our windows, tracks and screens. My husband is an engineer and I’m a perfectionist and we are both so pleased. Brandyn arrived on time, was very careful with all plantings around the house, was not daunted by the many challenging and odd sized, highly placed windows in our two-​story house. He worked diligently and quietly until the job was done. Taking care with each window. The price was reasonable as well. We asked for business cards to give our neighbors and friends because we couldn’t. recommend this business more highly! Really an outstanding job and so pleasant to do business with!

My parents just had their first floor windows cleaned by Diablo View. Excellent. I was glad to see Brandyn take his time on each window. Very detailed orientated. They took good care in taking off the screens, they even did the track windows perfectly. Very impressed. Will use their services again.

I highly recommend this window service. «Brandyn» showed up on time and never stopped until he was finished. When he was finished, he took us around to each window pointing out some problems with the seals on a couple of the windows and problems with a couple of screens. He also showed us where he repaired the slider screen. The price was reasonable and when Brrandyn was finished, we could not tell he’d been there except for the clean screens, frames and windows.
