The hotel was decent, but I do not like their business practices. I had booked this hotel on Expedia, prepaid, but on checkout, they billed my credit car a whole $ 1.00 per day as a «hotel service fee.» They have my dollar, and they are welcome to it, but if a hotel is going to contract with Expedia, they should not also bill their customers more money as a surprise parting gift. I will not stay in this hotel then next time I am in the area. It’s just a matter of principle. I hope they enjoy their dollar.

TERRIBLEFORROAD-TRIPPERS: If you have a reservation and show up past 3AMTHEYWILLCHARGEYOUFORANEXTRANIGHT(even though they won’t be able to explain WHY they must charge you). Ask them to prove it in writing because it’s NOTWRITTENANYWHERE. Not in your confirmation email, not in your checkin paperwork; nowhere. There are plenty of other reputable inns in the area.

Whenever I want solitude I stay at this comfort suites. One of the quietest hotels I’ve stayed in in a long time. Free wifi and continental breakfast. Great workout facilities with everything you need. Be sure to check out Pine Hollow Golf course if you have time and you will have a great stay. Bring your own beverages because drinks in lobby are very pricey!

Stayed at this Comfort Suites in Clayton, NC recently and it was a nice time. Prices were decent. Room was clean, hotel was clean. They had free internet connection. Plenty of parking. I have no complaints here. Staff was great too. Free continental breakfast was just as I expected it to be.
