I believe my sister said it best when I sent her a picture of my sandwich«they don’t put the same heart in their sandwiches now». This statement perfectly sums up my thoughts on my hoagie. The kiosks were easy to use and the staff was helpful. My mac n cheese appetizer was hot and delicious. Back to the hoagie, the turkey and vegetables were fresh but the construction of the sandwich is what was lacking. I have attached a photo to try to visually get my point across. Also, my coworker was standing next to me while I was ordering so I got nervous and forgot to add cheese. Overall, I will certainly return to this Wawa as it is convenient and suffices for a quick lunch.

Man, I love the Wawa concept and how well it is executed. When there are so many convenience stores and gas stations out there that are a little sketchy, Wawa is clean, bright and well stocked with lots of choices. The pump area was nice and wide and while my receipt printer didn’t work(grrrr!), there was no wait at the cashier and she was pleasant and quick. While here, I made a brief stop in the men’s room which was surprisingly clean(maybe it shouldn’t be a surprise — after all, this is Wawa). Lots of snack options and the prices were decent! Loads of different choices for coffee and fixings for coffee!

Shelves are always stocked and the soup selection is usually good. Gas prices are good for the area as well. They get a late night shipment of pretzels if you’re looking for the soft ones.

Getting worse: Coffee island seems constantly dirty, un-kept & low on supplies. Extremely annoying at 07:00 — the busiest part of the day. Coffee urns are also constantly empty. This store really seems to be going downhill. Needs a management shakeout.

I feel terrible saying this, but what is happening to you, WAWA of Delaware? My visit to this location today was an example of how things have slipped a little over the last year at Delaware WAWA’s. Today there was no ice at the(now always) dirty fountain soda station. I purchased something else and it was the manager who rung up my purchase. I shared with him that the they were out of ice. He replied to me that the ice machine was broken. Why wasn’t there a sign? That would’ve been the minimum, I would think. Even better would’ve been to use bagged ice in the meantime, although it would’ve cost a couple bucks. I still love you WAWA, and I“m happy that you’re growing up and down the coast, but please don’t lose what made you great in the first place!

PEEVEDOFFATTHEWA(DUCE) — Wawa I could not live without the crappy sandwich makers can hit the road. Im sorry I know that maybe this will come off rude but when im on my lunch break i dont want to spend it standing in line WAITING for my sandwich to be made!!! I know that there’s the lunch rush and since i eat lunch early im always able to avoid that NOTTODAY apparently instead of multitasking and preparing my sandwich while she chatted with her co worker the unfortunate looking woman who clearly smokes WAYTOO much went on a tangent about her husband! I don’t need to hear about your Jerry Springer reunion show update I just want my effin cheese hoagie made correctly i might add. GRRRRR 2 stars b/c once i actually got my sandwhich it was SLAMMIN

This wawa gets alot of business because of it’s location. The gas is usually the cheapest on Philadelphia Pk. Service is quick and the store is kept pretty clean.
