The installation process was quick and the guy walked me through all of the functions so I felt comfortable using it. Overall great experience.

Avoid this place at all costs. No quality, No customer service skills. Avoid the headaches
This place needs a new staff. I give them two stars for having good products and a cool install guy but thats about it. The sales people on the floor just stand there when you walk in and no one wants to help, and when they finally do help they give you ridiculous prices assuming you don’t know how much this kind of stuff goes for regularly. On top of that I got an entire system installed here and the subs turn on and off randomly. Iv taken my truck back there twice to get this fixed and of course its still not fixed. I like sound of tri state but not this location.
