Recently moved to the area and didn’t know where the shut off valves for the outside faucets were. Called to see if someone could find them so I could label them and shut them off for the winter. Someone was sent out in about 7 minutes and was very professional and helpful. Found everything I needed found and I was very satisfied. Asked him if he wanted me to pay now or if they would send a bill. He said «Happy Holidays. I didn’t really do anything.» So nice. I was very surprised. You can rest assured that the next time I need a plumber I will call them first. Very nice and very, very good business practice.
