I have had problems with my lines backing up for years. I have used many different plumbers over the years to have my line snaked to get rid of the roots and other debris, and this is after I replaced the line. I’m not sure what happened with Tera J., but I have never found Vince to be shady in the least. In fact, we often talk about our families and backgrounds (besides being a master plumber, he is a master musician). He has treated me fair and given me honest advice. Actually, he, his employee, and I spoke on the phone for nearly 30 minutes determining the best course of action for my repeated blockages while his employee was at my house. For the price of clearing my line, Vince dedicated himself and an employee to my problem until we had a possible solution. I find Vince to be very trustworthy and helpful. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great Lakes and Greater Service!
I can’t recommend Michigan PlumbMasters enough!!! They came and snaked out my drains on a Sunday afternoon! I called around but all I got where answering services and voice mail! Then I called Vince at Michigan Plumbmasters and within a half hour he was snaking out my clogged sink and tub. This is on Sunday at 4pm! Reasonably priced, fast and quality service! I will definitely call Vince at Michigan Plumbmasters again.

Owner is SHADY and unreliable. Don’t waste your time or risk having your plumbing done with this one man company. I am thoroughly unimpressed and will not be using Vince again.
