I’ve been going to Great Clips for a while (various locations) and usually have a good experience. Last week the woman who cut my hair forgot a section, and I left with a section of hair still 2 inches longer than the rest. I noticed in the car and turned around to have it corrected. She was noticeably distracted socializing with other stylists throughout my cut so I wasn’t surprised that she made a big mistake but I was still horrified. She was moderately apologetic (although I expected to be offered a refund), and while she was fixing it – she even said she made the same mistake cutting her bosses hair! Totally get what you pay for, and I probably won’t be going back.

I have been growing out my hair and haven’t had it trimmed in 7 months… So I figured it was time to get rid of my ends as they were shot from curling my hair. I did the online check in and didn’t wait more than 5 mins once I got there. My stylist was friendly, kind, and listened to what I wanted. She didn’t remove more than an inch from the bottom. I used to pay $ 50+ for a cut, so with tip the $ 15 total was welcomed. I will probably come back, in another 7 months when I need to, but all the other cuts around me looked great too (especially the men’s cuts).

I don’t remember the name of the lady who did my hair considering it was a while ago, she was a blonde though. Someone recommended I go to her so I did. I’ve honestly never regretted a decision more in my life. My hair has not ever gone back to the same way. From the day she cut it, the right side of my hair has been at least 2 inches shorter.
Honestly think someone should take her cutting license away. One of a girls most important features is her hair, so thank you for absolutely ruining mine. Beyond upset. If you are looking to f**k up your hair for good go right ahead! Talked to many hair dressers about it and they all ask why I let a monkey near my hair.

Was very pleased with my experience (I’m a female)…I walked in at about 11:40 and was taken in the back right away. Sandie did a great job on my hair and was very friendly. They always have coupons (mine was from the back of my Kroger cash register tape!) which is a plus.
I definitely would advise avoiding the noon rush… when I left, there were three people waiting (two stylists working), and that side of the parking lot gets ugly with people fighting over spaces instead of just parking down closer to the CVS.

I enjoy getting my hair cut with Great Clips. They’re friendly they don’t muck about and they do a good job. You can’t beat the price or the great staff. I will and do come back to Great Clips.

So UNHAPPY… I went there last minute after my errands, and regret it so bad. My bangs are crooked and too short, my sides, well, they are f’uped too. The back is a little uneaven. But I only wanted a trim (½ inches)! I am not the one to make a scene, but I told her I did not like it. She said, «wash it, and style at home, you will like it then.“Never again. HA! no such luck. Cannot fix it — have to wait a few months now for it to grow back. Stay away, i can do a better job myself.
