Slow. Like In extra slow. Sometimes there’s a line and sometimes now but when there is a line it’s slow… I made a order and they forgot the baconator fries so I had to go back and that took 10 mins

I applaud this Wendy’s for trying to serve quality food during the late periods (after 9 pm), however it is not worth the wait. Being told the car in front of us was waiting 12 minutes for fresh chicken and that we would have to wait additional minutes for fresh food is mind boggling. Have food readily available without wasting too much, it’s the cost of business. You lose more money by having customers leave your drive-​thru line which happened 3 times as we waited. They need better management because it seems like they don’t care about speed of service here! 2 stars for the fresh food.

I stopped there last night to satisfy a late night hunger attack. The service was good and the food came out promptly. I rate it at a three for two reasons. One, I didn’t go inside and get the full treatment. But I was happy that the drive thru was open as late as it was. Second, I worked in Wendy’s a long time ago, I have this habit of looking at the meat and seeing how fresh it is. Well the meat was not as fresh as it should have been or as I would have liked it to be. So, I rate it in the middle.
