Mary Ann Martin is the BEST. You’ve got to give her a call if you need help finding a home to buy. I’ve purchased a house before and it’s definitely a long process to find a house to call home.
I am made my big move from California to Clarksville, TN and Mary Ann has been THE BEST. I contacted a few realtors to help me find a rental. Either they didn’t care to help because it was just a rental or they just were not finding homes for me where I wanted. Mary Ann went out of her way to help us. Her and her husband are such nice people. I am so glad we met them. Very thorough and on top of things. The fact that she was on the same page as us, found us great homes to rent, just shows us how awesome she would be to find us a home to buy.
If she was amazing at finding us a rental, can you imagine how great she will be finding us a home. I highly recommend giving her a call.
