Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. I stumbled across this place on the way to visit a friend, and have returned 3 times now. The first time I asked for a recommendation on a chardonnay, was asked what I liked and didn’t like about the variety, and was steered to a delicious wine that suited my taste perfectly. Went back for more and for a tequila, ended up with a crash course on tequila and an «anejo» tequila that was incredibly smooth and tasty. Now my go-to place when I need advice or the right bottle. Friendly people who leave you alone to browse but are there when you need advice.

Vintage cellars is my goto store for craft beer. I don’t mean to gush over this store, but I’m really picky about my beer, and they have truly earned it. I’m a huge beer snob. I love trying new beers, and Nate, a former distributor, has been the owner of Vintage Cellars for two years or so. He keeps new stuff coming in all the time, while doing a great job managing inventory and keeping the beers fresh. I’ve been burned so many times at other stores who stock a few expensive beers, but aren’t able to move them, so the beers turn sour on the shelves. There is nothing worse than buying a $ 15 beer only to find that it’s turned skunky or sour. Of all the great beers that I’ve purchased at Vintage Cellars over the last 2 years, I’ve yet to buy a beer past it’s prime. They have new varieties of beer in stock every week, and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. For a small store, I’m amazed at how many beers they manage to keep in stock and fresh. Easily over 500 beers, including expensive craft beer’s like Sam Adam’s Utopias, seasonal DFH’s, and many others. If you’re always looking for something new and different on the shelf, be sure to check out them out, you won’t be disappointed!
