I’ve visited this store repeatedly with always good results. Staff at registers usually greet customers as they enter, are available for help if needed, and knowledgeable about the various items they sell. Never had an issue when returning an item. If you have receipt, they will refund, and without it they will exchange or give store credit. The only consideration for change is where one can cut and buy chains by length. The cutting tools are placed low, such as that a child could reach, stand-​alone cutter is usually sitting on low shelf too. However, this is a built in design of most Tractor Supply stores not solely this one. Store is neatly organized in same fashion all the time so it’s easy to find what one needs on each visit.
