I love this building, I’ve enjoyed my neighbors and my concerns about being unwelcome for having children are completely gone. There are occasional loud parties on the weekends but since a complaint was made by someone and an email was sent out by the staff I haven’t heard much from other tenants at all. The manager Cassie is awesome, she is friendly and I feel like she really cares about the apartment and the people who live here. She answers my emails very fast. As far as the building itself goes the place is very cool. It’s old but if you’re not an asshat who expects a building built ages ago to be like new then the older aspect is easy to get over. My apartment is quirky, the shower in the guest bathroom doesn’t work but only my little boys use it and they take baths so I haven’t bothered to get it fixed. The two 3 bedrooms I looked at were vastly different which is cool because I like the fact that they aren’t cookie cutter. The few complaints I have are that other tenants smoke by the door we use, and our key only opens that door, it sucks walking through the smoke with my baby and my older boys, and the smell is pretty raunchy. Parking kinda sucks because I think people from the houses across the street park in our lot and peoples guests take up spots that would be nice to have carrying groceries with 3 kids in tow, but the lot is pretty big. People leave trash in the lot also and that sucks because the building and grounds are actually very pretty and well maintained if it wasn’t for people leaving their shit out like that. All together we’ve been over joyed to be living here and I’m bummed that we’ll be moving out after a few years in order to buy our own home, but until then I don’t plan on leaving.

I currently live here. When I first moved in a few months ago, I really loved it. However there have been problems and very little has been done to fix them. People have had their cars broken into in the lot, other random people park in our lot(there’s no enforcement really), non-residents keep getting into the building, and now someone is stealing the mail. We have no cameras any where. No cameras means we cannot prove or find the thieves. Nor do we have a mail room where mail can be safely stored until the residents return from work. We also have no one that lives there 24⁄7 and no emergency number(like if something in our apartments goes really wrong or if we get locked out) to call. I really hope they fix all of these safety issues. I really do not want to move, I just want the building to improve.

Lived here many years and quite happy with it. But this place is under new management.
