From start to finish, she showed the highest level of professionalism and helped sell our home for the maximum price. The Northrop Group as a whole does an amazing job in every aspect of the sales process. Their professional home stagers and photographers helped us sell our house the first day! I can’t recommend Karla and the Northrop Group strongly enough.

Jay Riley did a great job with my rental. He listed the property and was able to quickly find qualified tenants and I have been very happy with them. I strongly recommend this company, as not anyone can be an agent, you must have an established sales record.

The entire experience of both buying and selling was seamless and pleasant. There was always someone to answer our calls and questions and ease our concerns. I was also very impressed with the level of efficiency. Things were always done on if not before the date/​time we were told. The most impressive part of the experience was that they sent a stager (named Travis who was wonderful) to work with us immediately upon listing the house, free of charge who gave us great advice and insight. Maybe I’ve worked with some crappy real estate brokers in the past because we have never received this type of service before. I get the impression that these guys run a pretty tight ship based on our entire experience. I will work with them in all my future real estate dealings as long as I live in Maryland and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking at buying or selling a home.
