This being Labor Day weekend, we didn’t take a chance on rolling into a town and assuming a room would still be available. We booked online about an hour and a half ahead. On arrival, I was told that there were no first floor rooms left(there’s no elevator, and we’re not exactly traveling light). However, because the Quality Inn and Suites Clarksville is built on a steep hill, the second floor on the lower elevation side is on the same level as the ground floor on the higher elevation side. You just have to walk through the breezeway. Good enough for an almost last-minute booking! The room was modern and comfortable, with all the usual amenities and lots of neat, square pillows. The free wifi didn’t work very well from our room, but I was happy to be able to use their guest laundry, a single washer and dryer taking four quarters each. Laundry soap and quarters were available in the office. At one point during my morning shower, the water got too hot to use regardless of setting, but I was able to use it again a minute or two later. The free breakfast had the usual carb-based foods, plus sausage and very basic but nice cheese omelettes. And they had Constant Comment! The staff was pleasant, helpful, and patient. We would definitely stay here again.

Good rate, good service, clean room. Comfortable bed, but could use normal size pillows. No flat screen TV. Typical budget breakfast but all fresh.

Good location easy to get to from the highway. And the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. Highly recommend this to hotel to others!
