Old Navy

It was normal. Staff seemed «OK» aside from the fact that they kept on gossiping to their coworkers and not paying attention to customers. The store looked nice and clean.

Love the clearance racks. Always have great sales and the clothes are well made. One of my favorites. Not all stores have the same prices so watch that. Bought a pair of pants on clearance on Louisville, saw same pants in Clarksville for a much higher price.

I love Old Navy. It just happens to be a clothing brand that fits me like a glove.
This location is great because it is located in an area of town that had a retail explosion in the mid-​00s. The particular strip mall that this store is located in is full of today’s most popular stores. I enjoy starting at one end of the strip and working my way down to the other end. This is a medium size ON compared to others in the Louisville metro area.
UPDATE: Bumped rating from 4 to 5 stars based on recent experience. First, when my size was not available, but the pair of shorts on the mannequin was my size, two employees, without hesitating, ripped the mannequin apart so I could have the shorts. Even more, they did it with a smile on their face. Second, the cashier was very efficient and seemed to be wearing the same smile that the other employees were. Wow… smiles! How about that?!
I noticed this store was recently remodeled and it is the first time I have seen the new layout. I like it very much. Instead of a main aisle down the middle with mens on one side and womens on the other, the store is now divided with an aisle dedicated to mens and an aisle dedicated to womens. When in the mens area, I don’t even see the womens area at all (love it!).
